Snagging a spot near the buzzing culinary scene was a win! I hit up Restaurante Ocho Patas just a hop away-tapas heaven and fresh vibes. Plus, the room was clean and comfy, and I scored a great breakfast deal for just $12! Perfect start to my day.
But hold up-this place had some quirks! The shower was like a cold shower roulette. One minute it's boiling, the next it's icy. Oh, and let's not chat about the aircon-more of a fan 'suggestion' than real cooling.

I liked everything. Super comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom. Total silence to sleep, something I value very much since I am easy to wake up. Great food at a good price. EXCELLENT staff attention. I went for work but my partner accompanied me, so we enjoyed the stay together. We took a lot of pictures around the hotel because it has a beautiful decoration and also, at Christmas, they put a very cute tree in the hall.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and very well presented. Besides, the amounts in each dish are perfect. The only thing I would change is a little something from the Free Breakfast Buffet: the packaged juice. I would have loved to be able to drink natural juice. The packaging has a lot of sugar and it makes me feel bad. Otherwise, great. A lot of things to choose from and to suit every palate. I am lactose intolerant and I could have chosen soy milk for my coffee. Very good.

A cozy stay with surprises
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious, perfect for our family. We loved the friendly staff, who were always eager to help. The breakfast had a good range of options.
The air conditioning struggled to cool our room during the day. A few minor amenities were lacking, a bit disappointing.

The entrance hall is very nice. The beds are very, very comfortable. The amenities are also very good but incomplete. The staff is very friendly.
The room has a huge window that cannot be opened; only a tiny window leaf opens that is not breathable at all. The central air conditioning grill was making a lot of noise and I had to put a piece of paper in it to stop it from screaming. The bathtub needs to be cleaned thoroughly to remove the scale. It was unacceptable that the surface felt rough to the touch throughout and had noticeable stains because they were old. Breakfast needs someone to be in charge of replacing, things were always missing like plates and I also saw reheated omelette and bread that was not fresh because it was hard. All this makes charging more than 100 euros a night not justified at all. A price like this has to provide an impeccable stay. The room didn't even have a welcome water, the amenities didn't have cotton wool or conditioner. The shower water intermittently threw jets of boiling water. Anyway, I would never repeat it.

This hotel is such a dive. The shower was freezing one minute and then boiling the next. Don't even get me started on the air conditioning- pathetic. Oh, and an upgrade? Dream on, apparently. I almost considered a good review, but i just couldn't.

apartment is located on the main street, 3 minutes' walk to the beach, 2 minutes' walk to the supermarket. I think it is important that the apartment is cleaned daily, bed linen and towels are changed once in three days, bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and air conditioning, there is a hair dryer. Everything in the apartment was in order, interior fully corresponds to the placed photos. I liked that the size of the balcony allows two adults to sit there comfortably at a table. It was nice that the manager Victor met us at the object and we didn't have to go to the hotel of the same name to get the keys to the apartment. Victor was present at the site almost every day and he could be contacted on any matter, it was very pleasant and attentive young man. In general, he liked the apartment and staff, I recommend.
We lacked an iron, but somehow we managed without it.

Everything was on the level, the location was good, the rooms were clean, cozy.
The payment was made in advance by a card of a third party who should not have lived. The amount was blocked, but they announced that if the cardholder does not live, they will not be able to confirm the payment. Despite repeated requests to accept an authorized letter signed by the cardholder, etc., up to returning the amount back to the card were ignored. Guests had to pay for their accommodation again in cash at check-in and then returned the prepaid amount to the card. There was an unpleasant precipitate left.

great staff but mixed room experiences
Reception staff were friendly and accommodating . Carlos, in particular, helped me with directions to the F1 circuit and even tried to assist with my broken camera by researching repair shops, a big help.
The air conditioning struggled to provide a comfortable temperature in the room.

best thing is that it's next to Sants station, so it's perfectly connected. hotel is not bad, staff is good, without being overly friendly. rooms are a bit cramped, they're quite clean. comfort of the bed can be improved a lot, although one does not sleep badly.
When I made the reservation I asked for three single beds (they gave me a choice), but they gave us a triple with a double bed and a sofa bed, although I didn't say anything and I adapted . The theme breakfast is another song. (10€). It seems to me that they are short of staff, because they took a long time to replace, even seeing that everything was over right away. I had to ask them to replace almost everything, even the glasses. The waiter's excuse: that there were no glasses because people were breaking them. I had to drink the juice in a yogurt glass. The rest is fine.
